The Commissioners attended a special meeting on Thursday, March 21, 2013 for the purpose of approving a contract, continued from the March 19, 2013 public meeting. The meeting was held at 8:30AM in the Commission Conference Room. Commissioners Skinner and White, Grants and Projects Administrator Larry Watson and Commission Assistant Glenda Howze were in attendance. The contract is with Sanderson Stewart for preliminary construction engineering on the Gallatin Trails CTEP projects for Monforton School, Anderson School and Oak Street (Fairgrounds). The amount of
the contract is for $62,326. Commissioner White made a motion to approve the contract as presented. Commissioner Skinner seconded the motion. All voted aye. Motion carried unanimously.
